1. Lock In Your Dates With No Deposit Required. You can reserve your Cadillac Escalade ESV transfers right when you book your resort stay. My policy is simple and built on trust. No deposits, No upfront charges. You pay upon the safe delivery of you and your family unless you prefer to prepay.
Air travel can be unpredictable—from winter weather up north, to afternoon thunderstorms at MCO, tarmac holds, or baggage carousel delays. I don’t believe in holding your money or charging cancellation fees when travel plans shift outside of your control.
2. Personal Concierge Communication—Always Direct, Always Human.
I believe in old-school, personal service. There is no automation, no bots, and no middlemen when you book with me. You can contact me anytime before, during, or after your trip.When you call, I answer.When you text, I reply. Whether you have a question months in advance or need to check in about a flight update on arrival day, you are communicating directly with me.
3. A Built-In 2-Hour Buffer
I track your incoming flight in real time and maintain a 2-hour buffer between scheduled pickups. Now, does a 2-hour gap guarantee that a massive flight delay won’t ever clash with another scheduled pickup? No. But what it does do is give us the absolute best statistical chance of absorbing normal airline delays, tarmac holds, and baggage carousel wait times. In fact, in over 20 years of driving in Central Florida, that 2-hour buffer has only overlapped five times.
And if extreme weather or major airline delays cause your flight to overlap and I am unable to make the pick up, my zero-deposit policy protects you completely because I haven’t taken a single dollar of your money. You never have to worry about lost deposits or fighting for refunds because you pay nothing upfront. You have total flexibility—you have the option of getting a ride-share right from the baggage claim level, or going downstairs to ground transportation for a number of other options without any financial loss.
4. Transparent Flat Rates & Zero Hidden Fees
I don’t nickel-and-dime my clients, and I don’t hide pricing behind quote requests. For my transfers from MCO, I offer a straightforward, flat rate. Everything you need for a comfortable, stress-free arrival is included as standard. It’s simply my cost of doing business. There are no fees for child safety-seats or boosters and they are all pre-installed. No charge for airport tolls, or highway fees. No credit card processing surcharges. And you get a complimentary 20-minute grocery stop at Publix or Target for your villa kitchen.
A Note on Gratuity, I never automatically add a mandatory 20% gratuity upfront. You should never be forced to tip for service you haven’t experienced yet. Gratuity is entirely at your discretion based on the quality of service I provide to you and your family. One flat rate, zero surprise fees, and full clarity from day one.
